Gary WorbyManaging Director
Gary is a leading UK energy strategist, with over 30 years of industry experience. Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Engineer, he has held a variety of commercial positions within the supply sector, principally operational, sales and client management focused. As the energy market de-regulated, Gary moved to consultancy services where he supported the development of EnergyQuote, expanding the company from a UK business to Pan European. As Managing Director, Gary leads the business into new successes for the benefit of its clients. Gary also holds a number of complementary non-executive director roles.
Teresa DilleyOperations Director
Teresa has been an integral part of the E&CM team for over 12 years, she has worked her way up from account administrator to her current position as Operations Director. In her role as Operations Director, Teresa ensures that all client relationships and services exceed expectations at all times, through managing the wider team and dedicating her expertise to optimising operational tasks. Teresa holds many key relationships with E&CM clients and is an expert analyst, ensuring that our E&CM client data is maintained at the highest level of accuracy.
Jon established E&CM, now a leading, UK, independent energy and carbon consultancy. Jon has grown the company, through a combination of both organic sales and acquisition. He has guided clients through huge changes, in the energy and water sectors, from the deregulation in the 80's and 90's right through to today's challenges of developing procurement and consumption reduction strategies in a volatile, globalised and commoditized market place. As Chairman he provides a strategic input to the business, guiding it to continually innovate its product range and seek new market spaces, in which to operate.
Julian ZachariasHead of Client Relationships
Julian's main focus is the development of long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our portfolio of clients. This includes detailed Account Planning in order to help identify energy management solutions for each client to meet their total energy management strategy. In this capacity he is responsible for all field activity among assigned accounts including maintaining client relations. This is achieved by managing his team to ensure that client queries are resolved according to agreed SLA's, along with bespoke reporting needs. He prides himself on providing a close-knit service to clients, to the point of being considered an extension of the client themselves.
Sandra FarrellHead of Finance
Sandra joined the E&CM team as Financial Controller in 2009, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. As a qualified accountant, she has worked for SMEs to FTSE100 companies, including one of the big four accounting firms, and within a wide range of sectors including financial services, manufacturing and engineering, retail, pharmaceutical and now the energy sector . Sandra is responsible for the day to day management of the finance function of the business, in addition supports and develops strategy to guide key business initiatives. Sandra’s also heads up the company human resources.
Steven AndreHead of Client Services
Steven Joined our Management Team in August 2016 to head up our client services team, bringing with him over 10 years’ experience with an extensive background in various client facing roles. He is responsible for all client servicing including procurement, portfolio/account management and technical cost auditing. Focused on the client contract journey, Steve ensures that all his team maintain optimum operational performance and quality.
Mike MannHead of Energy Services
Mike has over 30 years of experience with energy systems design, efficiency, and sustainability, having started his career in building design. He has wide UK and international experience that adds value and high-quality technical solutions to our clients energy projects and their business operations. Mike joined our management team in 2011 and now heads our Energy Services division. His focus is on helping our clients reduce their costs and energy consumption, and to understand their carbon consumption and compliance requirements. He advises on procurement approach and contract options for optimising their management of energy, water, and carbon, and how best to negotiate the complexities of UK business compliance obligations for their buildings, processes, and transport energy. Mike provides a high quality, low cost service that gives clients the comfort that they are efficiently managing their business energy and water costs, and optimally reducing their risks and carbon footprint. Mike also provides clients with advice on their new-build and refurbishment projects to meet legislative requirements and future-proof their energy management.
